Sweet Potato & Marshmallow Casserole
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, brown
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
sweet potato, raw, unprepared
candies, marshmallows
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
Pour over sliced potatoes in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
Bake 45 to 50 min.
or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven; uncover.
Heat oven to broil.
Top potato mixture with marshmallows.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 min.
or until lightly browned.
