Parmesan Cheddar Beer Bread

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
cheese, cheddar
cheese, parmesan, hard
alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, all
butter, without salt

Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
2.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Make a well in the center and add scallions, cheeses and beer.
Stir until just combined.
3.
Spoon mixture into the greased bread pan.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake for 35 minutes, brush with remaining butter and continue to bake another 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes then remove from pan.
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
