2 or excess salted anchovies
1 pound (500 gr) beets, cooked delicate, cooled, and peeled
2 or much more cloves garlic, peeled and halved
wine vinegar

Refreshing the salt versus the anchovies, strip the filets in opposition to the bones, and rinse them. Reduce the beets into very low cube.
