1 pound (500 gr) beets, cooked delicate, cooled, and peeled
2 or much more cloves garlic, peeled and halved

Salt and pepper
Fresh the salt versus the anchovies, strip the filets in opposition to the bones, and rinse them. Reduce the beets into small cube. Cut the anchovy filets into bits, and add them to the beets alongside with the garlic. Create a vinaigrette with the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, and gown the beets with it. add very well and style for salt (the lovable beets will stand a whole lot). Serves 4.
