LETTUCE SALAD WITH ROQUEFORT AND WALNUTS
3 ounces (85 gr) Roquefort cheese
½ to ¾ cup (120 to 180 ml) significant product
meats against 4 or 5 walnuts, amazingly finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely slash contemporary chives
black pepper
1 tablespoon white-wine or cider vinegar
salt
velvety butterhead lettuce
Belgian endive, within just crosswise slices, or mâche
Mash the cheese somewhere around with a fork, and merge it with ½ cup (120 ml) of product, the walnuts, chives, and recently floor pepper. Simply prior to serving, insert the vinegar and slim as necessary with even further product. Flavor and include salt, if expected. Throw the veggies with the dressing — not all may perhaps be required, based upon the veggies and their amount. Serves 4 to 6.
