Spinach & Bean Sauce
Ingredients:
spinach, raw
beans, kidney, all types, mature seeds, raw
soup, cream of chicken, canned, condensed
spices, pepper, black
spices, onion powder
spices, oregano, dried
Directions:
Put all together.
Mix well & heat till it boils.
Take off heat & let stand covered 15 minutes before serving.
