Vegan Jam Almond Cookies
Ingredients:
nuts, almonds
rice flour, white, unenriched
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
syrup, maple, canadian
oil, olive, salad or cooking
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
jams and preserves, apricot
Directions:
mix dry ingredients.
mix wet ingredients.
mix both mixtures.
flatten cookies onto a pan.
add a bit of jam on each cookie.
bake at 350 degrees for 15-20mins, until bottoms are lightly browned.
enjoy.
