Coconut-Honey Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
honey
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
orange juice, raw
Directions:
Whirl cottage cheese at low speed in blender until smooth.
Transfer to medium size bowl.
Stir in yogurt, honey, coconut and orange rind; mix well.
Refrigerate until chilled (about one hour).
Place dip in a small glass dish or hollowed-out cantaloupe and surround with bite size pieces of fresh fruit.
