Meaty Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients:
onions, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
spices, garlic powder
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
parsley, fresh
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
heat olive oil in skillet.
add onions and saute until transparent
add ground beef and garlic powder - cook until meat is browned.
drain fat.
dump all ingredients including meat and onions into a large saucepan.
simmer uncovered for 2 hours.
serve with your favorite pasta.
