Healthy Granola

Ingredients:
oats
nuts, almonds
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
syrup, maple, canadian
oil, canola
salt, table
raisins, seeded

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the oats, almonds, coconut and sunflower seeds with the maple syrup, oil, and salt
2.
Bake, tossing once, until golden and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes.
3.
Add the dried fruit and toss to combine.
Let cool.
Makes 6 cups (twelve 1/2-cup servings).
