spices, garlic powder
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl and stir until well mixed and smooth.
Stir in the scallions.
Serve on crackers or toasted bagel rounds.
