Homemade Yogurt

Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat

Directions:
Bring milk just to a boil and set aside to cool (just enough not to burn a finger!
).
Pour warm milk in glass bowl and add starter.
Mix well and cover completely with towels for 3-4 hours.
Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
