Chicken Peanut Stew
Ingredients
Serves 4
4 chicken breasts
1 high green bell pepper
2 medium yellow onions
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste

⁄ 4 cup sugar-totally free crunchy peanut butter
3 cups sugar-absolutely free chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon granulated erythritol

⁄ 2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
