Ginger Barbecue Beef

Serves 6–8
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1” fresh new gingerroot, peeled and minced
1
⁄ 2 cup coconut aminos
1
⁄ 2 cup water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons granulated erythritol
4 teaspoons sesame seeds
3 weight beef
1 onion
1. Combine garlic and gingerroot inside of a little bowl with coconut aminos, water, oil, erythritol,
and sesame seeds.
2. Minimize the beef within slices. Peel and coarsely chop the onion.
3. Set up the beef and onion in just the gradual cooker. Pour the sauce combination above the beef
and onions, manufacturing indeed they are totally included.
4. Go over and warm upon a small natural environment for 4–5 hrs.
