1 tablespoon flooring flaxseed or chia seeds

2 1 ⁄ 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

⁄ 4 teaspoon unsweetened vanilla extract

⁄ 2 cup water

⁄ 2 cup ice, if most well-liked
1 cinnamon adhere, to garnish

1. Mix coconut milk, coconut oil, flooring seeds, cayenne, cinnamon, cocoa
