Horseradish Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
cream, sour, cultured
lemon juice, raw
horseradish, prepared
capers, canned
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish and capers, if desired, in a small bowl; mix well.
Top each serving of Salmon with a heaping tablespoon of horseradish mayonnaise.
Garnish with capers, if desired.
