Whole Meal Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
celery, raw
onions, raw
beans, snap, green, raw
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
Directions:
Marinate any kind of seafood (tuna, salmon, shrimp) or possibly chicken in: 1/4 c. vinegar
Add in garlic pwdr and dash of soy sauce.
Toss lettuce, celery and onion together.
Chill.
Drain beans - save juice.
Add in water to bean juice to make 1 c..
Boil juice and add in rice.
Let cold.
Add in bean and rice to marinated seafood.
Mix all together with lettuce mix.
Serve cool.
