2 high turnips, peeled and slash into 2” sticks
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1⁄ 4 teaspoon salt
1⁄ 4 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄ 4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Space turnip sticks upon foil-included baking pan. Sprinkle olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt,
pepper, and chili powder (if favored) in excess of turnips and throw to coat.
3. Spread out inside a one layer. Bake within just the oven for 15 minutes, switch fries around, and then
bake for an additional 15 minutes. Provide very hot.
