Walnut Cookies
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
nuts, walnuts, english
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
oil, olive, salad or cooking
sugars, brown
syrup, maple, canadian
vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine flours, baking powder, and salt with whisk.
In another bowl, combine tofu, olive oil, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Stir in walnuts.
Drop by teasponfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 for approximately 12-15 minutes until edges start to brown.
