Coconut Rice
Ingredients:
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
water, bottled, generic
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
lime juice, raw
lime juice, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan over high heat.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
