MX5 Cheese Scones
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
spices, curry powder
cheese, parmesan, hard
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Preheat oven to 215 degrees Celsius.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add most of the cheese.
Mix to a light dough with the milk.
Do not mix it too much!
Turn out onto a floured board and gently knead.
Roll out and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Cut into individual scones.
Place on oven tray covered with baking paper.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 215C.
