8 major egg yolks
1⁄ 4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh new lemon juice
1 cup unsalted butter

1. Put egg yolks, salt, and lemon juice inside a blender and mix right until comfortable. Put butter within
a microwave-safe and sound dish and microwave until eventually melted and incredibly hot, with regards to 45–60 seconds.
