Bacon-Wrapped chicken

1 pound (4 affected person) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup product cheese, softened
1⁄ 2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
2 tablespoons dried chives
1⁄ 4 teaspoon salt
1⁄ 4 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices sugar-free of charge bacon

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Slash a pocket into every chicken breast with a low paring knife. Preset apart.
