Overnight Honey-Almond Multigrain Cereal
Ingredients:
oats
barley, hulled
water, bottled, generic
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
nuts, almonds

Directions:
Combine oats, barley, and water in microwave-safe 4-cup bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Uncover bowl, stir in salt.
Microwave, uncovered, 6 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring well after 3 minutes.
(Mine took about 9 minutes).
Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.
Top with almonds and honey.
