Spicy chicken and Avocado Casserole

2 heavy avocados, approximately chopped
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 lower onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
3 (12.5-ounce) cans shredded chicken breast
1⁄ 2 cup bitter product
1⁄ 2 cup Selfmade Mayonnaise (perspective recipe in just Part 9)
1 1 ⁄ 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, separated
1⁄ 8 teaspoon crimson pepper flakes
1⁄ 4 teaspoon salt
1⁄ 4 teaspoon black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spread chopped avocados together the backside of a 9” × 13” baking pan.
3. Warm coconut oil within just a medium skillet more than medium-higher warmth. Include diced onions and
