My Basic Toastie Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Place the flour, salt and sugar into a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast.
Mix to a soft dough with the oil and water.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes and then use as directed in the recipe.
