Whole Wheat Beer Bread

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, all

Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.
Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
3.
Spray a large loaf pan with pan spray.
4.
Pour beer into dry mixture and stir until combined.
The dough will be pretty thick and sticky.
5.
Transfer dough into bread pan.
You may need to spread it out a little bit with your hands.
6.
Bake for 1 hour.
You can let this cool in the pan or you can take it out after about 10 minutes and start eating it like I do.
Its very good the next day toasted with peach jam.
