Barley Porridge for weight loss
Ingredients:
barley, hulled
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
First wash and soak barley for half hour.
Now take barley in a sauce pan add water and 1 cup of milk and sugar stir in medium heat.When you see is getting soft and smooth.Turn off stove.
Now take out in a bowl and add remaining 1 cup of milk.
