Plain, Tart Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
sugars, granulated

Directions:
- Make sure your ice cream maker has been in the freezer for at least 24 hours before use.
To strain the yogurt beforehand, line a strainer with paper towels, and place the strainer in a medium-sized bowl.
Scoop the yogurt into the paper towels and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Once yogurt is strained, transfer to a bowl and whisk in the sugar until well combined.
Add more sugar if you prefer a sweeter, less tart fro-yo.
Transfer mixture into your ice cream maker and let it churn for 20-30 minutes.
