Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients:
squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
butter, without salt
spices, garlic powder
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, parmesan, hard
crustaceans, crab, alaska king, imitation, made from surimi
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Saute zucchini with butter and garlic until all the liquid is absorbed.
Slowly add flour, stirring constantly.
Add milk and parmesan cheese and cook until its thick, still stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add crabmeat, salt and pepper.
Stir well to break up the crabmeat.
