Healthier Pie Crust

Ingredients:
oats
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, and coconut.
Stir in oil and water.
Press dough into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
