Crock Pot Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
water, bottled, generic
butter, without salt
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Place the potatoes, water and butter into the crock pot.
Season with salt, and pepper.
Cook on low for 7 hours or on high for up to 4 hours.
(You can check on it periodically after 2 or so hours to check for doneness.)
When done cooking, mash potatoes with a masher or an electric beater, adding the desired amount of milk to acheive a creamy consistency.
Keep warm on low until serving.
