Apple Cobbler

Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
sugars, granulated
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix apples with sugar and set aside.
Melt butter in a 9" x 13" pan.
In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
Pour batter on the melted butter.
Spoon the fruit mixture on top.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and the dough browned.
