Sausage Gravy Recipe
Ingredients:
pork sausage, link/patty, unprepared
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
Brown sausage.
Remove sausage from skillet.
Add in 4 Tbsp.
flour to the grease.
Stir till smooth, add in butter if not smooth.
Brown flour mix then add in 2 c. lowfat milk.
Add in salt and pepper to taste and sausage to gravy.
4 servings.
