Sauteed Asian Green Beans

Ingredients:
beans, snap, green, raw
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried

Directions:
Clean the beans well and cut off the ends.
(if they are not already cut off.
The haricot verts usually already have one end cut off.
It is fine to leave the other end on).
Steam the beans for about 3 minutes or until they are tender crisp.
Drain the water off.
Heat the toasted sesame oil in a wok or frying pan until hot.
Add the beans.
Add the soy sauce.
Add the sesame seeds.
Stir fry until they are done, about 2 - 3 minutes.
