Chewy Nut Mix
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
candies, marshmallows
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Microwave butter and peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
; stir until well blended.
Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
Microwave 1 min.
or until marshmallows are puffed.
Stir in cereal and popcorn.
Add peanuts; mix lightly.
Spread evenly into two greased 15x10x3/4-inch baking pans.
Bake 10 min.
; cool.
Break into small pieces.
Store in airtight container at room temperature.
