Low Sugar Soy Flour and Wheat Bran Bread

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oil, olive, salad or cooking
sweetener, syrup, agave
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
salt, table
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Put the ingredients in a plastic bag, and shake well to mix.
First, pour the water into the bread machine.
Add the mixture from Step 1 to the bread machine, and place the non-sugar sweetener and dried yeast on top next to each other.
Do not use the automatic yeast dispenser.
Add the olive oil (shortening), but be careful not to pour it over the dried yeast.
Set the bread machine to "Rapid Bake" and "Light Crust Color," and turn it on.
Those settings may be called differently depending on your bread machine, but select the quick bake setting.
If you turn the machine off after kneading, and turn on the switch again to repeat the kneading operation, the dough will turn out better.
The aim of this recipe is to make low-sugar bread cheaply (in terms of energy costs), so you can omit Step 6.
The bread in the profile photo was made with Step 6 skipped.
