Cream of Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
Sprinkle the flour over it and stir to incorporate.
Cook over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Slowly whisk in the broth and milk until heated through.
Add salt to taste.
