Ingredients:
cheese, blue
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
cream, sour, cultured
lemon juice, raw
vinegar, red wine

Directions:
In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese, leaving some small lumps, Whisk in the mayonnaise till blended.
Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk to blend well.
Cover and refregerate till serving time.
