Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
butter, without salt
raisins, seeded
salt, table
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
Add flour and salt and mix to form a paste.
Add cider gradually, and stir constantly to make a smooth sauce.
Add raisins and serve over ham.
