Pull-Apart Parmesan Focaccia Bread
Ingredients:
spices, basil, dried
spices, thyme, dried
spices, rosemary, dried
spices, garlic powder
house of pasta, pizza dough,
oil, olive, salad or cooking
cheese, parmesan, hard
Directions:
Heat oven to 425F.
Mix seasonings.
Place dough on lightly floured surface.
Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
oil, then sprinkle with half the seasoning mixture; knead dough until evenly blended.
Spray 9-inch round pan with cooking spray.
Shape dough into 2-inch balls.
Measure 2 Tbsp.
of the remaining oil into small bowl.
Dip dough, 1 ball at a time, into oil, turning to evenly coat ball with oil; place in prepared pan.
Drizzle with remaining oil; sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture, then cheese.
Bake 15 min.
or until golden brown.
Cool 10 min.
Remove from pan to wire rack; cool slightly.
