Hot Coconut-Brown Sugar Topping
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, brown
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Combine ingredients into a saucepan.
Heat over low until butter is melted.
Spread over cake and consider placing cake under oven broiler until topping is bubbling and lightly browned.
