Vanilla Vodka Peanut Butter Ganache
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
alcoholic beverage, distilled, vodka, 80 proof
butter, without salt
syrups, corn, light
Directions:
add chips, vodka, syrup to a bowl.
microwave milk & butter about 30-50 seconds just till really hot.
pour over chips mixture let sit 1-2 minutes do not stir.
once time is up give a good stir with whisk till incorporated.
Dunk top of cupcakes into ganache.Enjoy
