1/2 avocado, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups clean cilantro leaves
1/2 garlic clove, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons excess-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon clean lemon juice
Coarse salt and flooring pepper
Lemon wedges
Tortilla chips
1/2 can chickpeas, rinsed and worn out
Guidance
In just a foods processor, mix cilantro, chickpeas, garlic, and avocado. Technique till
components are finely chopped.
2. Even though the processor is jogging, slowly and gradually incorporate olive oil slowly but surely. Then include lemon

3. Year with salt and pepper to flavor
