2 cups olive oil (consider the additional-virgin fashion!)

4 cups chickpeas, liquid weary
Recommendations
Puree the chickpeas, garlic, tahini and lemon juice inside of a blender.
Include the olive oil right until integrated.
Time the hummus with salt and pepper and scrape into a bowl.
Refrigerate right until prepared to provide or hire.
