Fruit & Nut Energy Bars
Ingredients:
nuts, walnuts, english
nuts, almonds
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
nuts, cashew nuts, raw
raisins, seeded
cranberries, dried, sweetened
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
molasses
sugars, brown
oats
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add molasses and stir until combined.
Press mixture firmly into a 9 x 16" cookie sheet.
Bake at 275 degrees for 35 minutes.
Allow to cool
Cut into bars.
