Chocolate Cranberry Nut Candy
Ingredients:
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
honey
cranberries, dried, sweetened
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate.
Melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, place it back in the microwave and heat for 30 more seconds.
Stir and cook for additional 15 second intervals, stirring in between each interval until chocolate is melted.
Stir in nuts and cranberries.
With a cookie scoop, scoop out candy and place the scoops on the prepared baking sheet leaving a bit of space between each.
Let it cool completely.
