1 cup watercress
1 cup chopped asparagus
2 small carrots, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons flaxseed
2 cups total-pounds canned coconut milk
1 cup water
Flaxseed

1. Blend watercress, asparagus, carrots, flaxseed, and coconut milk in a blender and

2. Add water whilst mixing until desired texture is reached.
