Crammed Portobello Mushrooms

8 huge portobello mushrooms
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cups chopped,new spinach
1⁄ 4 cup chopped clean oregano
2 tablespoons additional-virgin olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Remove stems against mushrooms and chop stems into tiny parts. Put chopped
stems, feta, spinach, and oregano in just a medium bowl and throw to mix.
3. Brush just about every mushroom within just and out with olive oil and then things with feta combination.
Put upon a baking rack and bake for 20 minutes or until finally mushroom is comfortable and cheese is
melted.
