Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa Mix
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
sugars, granulated
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Working in 2 batches, pulse ingredients in a food processor or blender until peanut butter baking chips are finely ground.
Store in airtight container for up to 2 months.
To make hot cocoa, stir 1/3 cup of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk.
Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows.
