Cinnamon Noatmeal

1⁄ 4 cup product cheese
2⁄ 3 cup flaxseed supper
2⁄ 3 cup chia seeds
2⁄ 3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
2 teaspoons flooring cinnamon
1⁄ 2 teaspoon floor nutmeg
1⁄ 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons granulated erythritol

1. Put coconut milk and product cheese within just a superior saucepan and warm more than medium warm
